Joe Montana sells condo at Millineum Tower in San Francisco
Chalk up another win for San Francisco 49ers legend Joe Montana.

The NFL Hall of Fame quarterback has scored a home sale in the Bay Area, parting ways with a unit at the Millennium Tower in downtown San Francisco. Montana had asked as much as $1.75 million for the condo when he began shopping it back in October. Records show that the property ultimately closed for $100,000 less—selling in January for $1.65 million..

Montana’s unit has a lone bedroom, two bathrooms and a little more than 1,400 square feet of living space. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the floor plan features an all-white chef’s kitchen, open living spaces, and a master suite complete with a rain shower and soaking tub.
