(10/2009) My boyfriend and I have always had thoughts about buying our first house but we really weren’t sure if we would qualify for a home loan. We put our information on Lending Tree with hopes of someone contacting us. The first and only person that contacted us was Garrett Rease. Garrett set us up with a meeting with himself and Tim Leingang that week and they went over all our information and our expectations. (09/2009) I hired Tim Leingang on two separate occasions to refinance a couple of my properties. Tim was very professional on both occasions and made the whole process easy and hassle free for me (especially dealing with the dreaded paper work, etc. that comes with getting a loan). (08/2009) We were about to foreclose on my property before I came across Granite Equity Group. Tim Leingang and Garrett Rease negotiated with my lender to keep me in my home for an additional 6 months. My home was about to be auctioned off but they were able to postpone the sale date and sell my home in time. Instead of a foreclosure, I was able to short sell my home and salvage my credit rating! (07/2009) I had originally came in contact with Garrett Rease through Lending Tree. I was looking for a lender to finance my new purchase. I was new to the area and I didn’t have a Real Estate agent to show me homes. Garrett referred his partner Tim Leingang to represent us. We came into their office to go over our qualifications as well as desired area to live. In this tough market, Tim found us a home fast and was always available! We looked at homes about twice a week. It took a lot of negotiating and persistency on his behalf, but needless to say, the deal was done! The sencerity from both Tim and Garrett speaks volumes.
